6 Brother Justus Whiskey "Gems" - a strong infusion of this American Single Malt, made and sourced in Minnesota from this locavore whiskey company. Accompanied by 85% dark and 72% dark chocolates in ganache. 

6 Amaretto rustic truffles. Made in the traditional method, rolled ganache. Featuring 5 Rocks Amaretto and a blend of milk and semi sweet chocolates. Garnished with crushed almond.

These two play nicely together with the Amaretto truffle bringing a smooth, light sweetness. The whiskey gems are happy hour in a bon bon.
